An uncomplicated combination that I list since the first day I opened the web shop. How simple can it be; Two top Daffodils with the same blooming time and the same model with just a slight difference in colour.
This sunny mixtures surprises me, or better amazes me, every spring with her crisp look and the enormous long period of time she is in flower. Year after year the Sunshine Boys become more popular.
That pleases me because I’ convinced she will perform well for lots of gardeners and garden visitors. Do you have patch of unused garden along the driveway, in the vineyard, the roadside or just a weedy empty spot in the garden; plant Sunshine Boys. You will remember me for years when they come into bloom again.
Daffodils
I hear you think now, there is Carlos again with his Daffodils, isn’t he a little bit too much in love with Daffodil. Yes, I am, no problem to admit that but I really think the Daffodil is one of the most reliable bulbs.
Planting Daffodils:
Before planting, loosen the soil well and mix in a special fertilizer for flower bulbs. Dig a trench a few centimetres deep, keeping a distance of about 5 to 10 centimetres between the bulbs to prevent overcrowding. Place the bulbs point-side up and press them firmly into the soil. Water them lightly immediately after planting, and continue to water regularly. Finally, make sure the soil is well-drained, as daffodils do not tolerate overly wet conditions.
