This is a true garden party. How happy the flowers look, and they are overflowing in numbers. Every stem gives one or two side-flowers that all open nicely. One big flower festivity. Did you know that growers remove these side-flowers in an early stadium? ‘Fluffing’ is what they call this and it makes sure that all the energy go to the head flower which means she will grow bigger and flower longer. In turn this makes her worth more in the flower trade. No need to do this in your own garden, just sit back and enjoy the waterfall of flowers that White Cap gives you. What an amazing Peony.

Peonies

Peonies are flowers everyone loves. When someone sees them for the first time, they always ask what THOSE flowers are, and from that moment on, Peonies are among their favourite flowers.

Planting Peonies:
Plant the Peonies as soon as possible after delivery. A Peony is a perennial plant and feels most at home in the ground. When planting the Peony, make sure that the growing points are neatly upwards and that there is no more than two centimeters of soil on top of the noses . Planting too deep will give a considerably smaller plant with fewer or even no flowers, especially in the first year. Really think about this, planting too deep is the most common mistake.
