Planting Daffodils:
Daffodils are planted in the fall (when the leaves fall from the trees), because they bloom in the spring. Make sure you plant them before the frost.
Before planting, loosen the soil well and mix in a special fertilizer for flower bulbs. Dig a trench a few centimetres deep, keeping a distance of about 5 to 10 centimetres between the bulbs to prevent overcrowding. Place the bulbs point-side up and press them firmly into the soil.
