Lilium Golden Splendour

Golden Splendour is, like African Queen and Pink Perfection, an old American trumpet lily from the fifties. These three excellent garden lilies became older and their vigour was decreasing. But a Dutch specialty lily grower started new stocks by selecting the best plants and brought those to a lab to make them free of viruses. He succeeded very well and is now offering superb healthy bulbs again.
