Staying alive. Ah ha ha ha, Staying alive... Already in 1936, a Mr. Hemerik introduced this Dahlia to the market, and it’s still going strong. And how, what a delightful, airy, carefree Dahlia. I know, you either think she’s beautiful or you don’t; that’s just how her color and flower shape are. Tastes differ, after all. But whenever I see her, I always feel uplifted, cheerful, and happy. I find her fantastic. Short and with a flower-rich bloom featuring fluffy flowers of a unique salmon orange, truly a Dahlia to give a nice spot at the front of the border. Be sure to keep picking the spent flowers; if you take good care of her, you will be rewarded with an abundance of blooms.
