Daydream

This tulip is the chameleon amongst tulips. Each year we receive complaints from friends and customers who planted it: the colour turned out different than expected. During the first days of bloom, the colour of the tulip is a soft yellow without even the slightest hint of orange. Towards the end of its flowering period the colour has turned into an orange that is the colour of burning hot coals. Enchantingly beautiful.
