April Queen

1938 is what the books tell us as year of registration of this good-looking daffodil. Back in those days she must have been a revelation because at that time there hardly were Daffodils with such nice colour and shape. Until today she is still worth the effort and when I heard that the last April Queen grower was going to stop I quickly bought some planting stock from him for our own nursey. April Queen is a superb heritage Daffodil with a great name.
