• You can order the gift voucher in the Fluwel webshop
• After receipt of your payment, we will send the gift voucher to the address provided at "shipping address". This can take several working days

Gift voucher conditions

• The Fluwel gift voucher is redeemable at all Fluwel webshops
• The value of the gift voucher must be issued in one purchase. If you do not spend the full value, the remainder will lapse
• The value of the gift voucher is not valid on the shipping costs
• The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for money
• You can only redeem one gift voucher per purchase
