Onions, garlic, leek and chive are things we use in the kitchen regularly, but did you know they have another use than filling our mouths? All of them belong to the allium family, which is the Latin word for garlic. This means a beautiful flower can grow from an onion. Do you want to see it with your own eyes? Plant leek in the ground and after a few years you will see an allium emerge in that same place. Growing from food is not the only magic the allium has.
The allium is now blooming... and butterflies and bees are certainly allium fans. This flower will bring life and joy to any garden!
