Darwisnow

Darwi in this name refers to 'Darwin hybrid' Tulip. Among flower bulb growers and Tulip lovers this is a well-known term that refers to a certain type of Tulip. Tulip breeders have often crossed late flowering tulips, which used to be called 'Darwin Tulips', with Tulips that descend from the species Tulipa fosteriana.
