If you were to ask me what the difference is between Dahlias of the type 'Dahlegria' and those of the 'Happy Single' I would not be able to tell you. What is known is that all these cheerfully flowering Dahlias produce an unimaginable amount of flowers. A small disadvantage is that if you want to enjoy the rich flowering of these Dahlias for a long time, you will have to bend over in the garden at least twice a week to remove the many seed pods. Incidentally, it is not the case that if you do not do this, these Dahlias will stop flowering altogether, they will simply flower less richly. Another small disadvantage is that they do not last as long in the fall as the larger Dahlias. Due to the large explosion of flowers in the summer, they are exhausted in the fall and the flowering decreases somewhat faster.
