Who gives a Daffodil such a name… but when you see her blooming in real you can’t stifle a smile; this name suits this Daffodil. Banana Splash is from our own breeding program and one of the few from this type. I never really aimed for improving split corona or butterfly Daffodils. So, Banana Splash was a surprising catch among our seedlings that came into bloom years ago. Delightful bright yellow, large and cheerful flowers and the yellow is intensified by her crisp white perianth.
